Struggling to Sleep

It's the middle of the night/nearly morning/almost dawn, and you're still lying awake/fighting sleep/staring at the check here ceiling. Your mind is racing, your body feels restless/jumpy/wired, and every time you think you're drifting off/about to fall asleep/close to slumber, you're jolted back to reality/awake again/out of your doze by a nagging thought or an uncomfortable feeling. You flip and turn/toss and moan/shift in bed, hoping for some relief/sweet dreams/peace. This constant struggle/vicious cycle/endless loop can leave you feeling exhausted/frustrated/depleted and ready to give up/hoping for a miracle/praying for sleep.
